Accommodation in the heart of the mid-adriatic

Our vision is for every guest who visits Žakan to have an unforgettable experience of peace, enjoyment and hedonism. In order to provide you with a truly comfortable stay, we also offer apartments for rent.

Two apartments – Žakan and Oliva, are located on the island of Ravni Žakan on the Kornati, where our tavern is also located. Due to their convenient location, they are the perfect place for a break from sailing. The remaining apartments are located on the island of Murter, in the small town of Betina, right by the sea, and offer the perfect summer vacation in the heart of the Mid-Adriatic.

Žakan apartment

Žakan Apartment is located on the eponymous uninhabited island at the southern entrance to the Kornati National Park. It is approximately 16 km away from Murter, where a fenced parking lot and a transfer to the Kornati islands are provided.

The apartment is located within the Žakan Tavern, which offers top gastronomic delights made from fresh and indigenous ingredients. There is also a lounge bar by the sea, where you can try selected wines, sparkling wines or cocktails.

Oliva apartment

Oliva Apartment is located on the island of Žakan within the Kornati National Park. A transfer to the island is organized from Murter, 16 kilometers away, where guests can also leave their cars. The islet is uninhabited except for restaurant staff and guests during the summer season.

This is also where our Žakan Tavern is located where guests can enjoy top quality Mediterranean specialties. There is also a lounge bar where you can enjoy your favorite drink on the sun-drenched terrace.

BETINA

Located on the beautiful island of Murter, our luxury apartments offer the perfect blend of natural beauty, modern comfort, and privacy. Murter, situated in the central part of Dalmatia, is connected to the mainland by a bridge, providing easy access while still maintaining a peaceful and relaxing island atmosphere. Murter Island is renowned for its fishing tradition and stunning beaches, making it a favorite destination for vacation and relaxation. Guests of our apartments have the privilege of enjoying spectacular sunrises from private terraces and exploring the magical coves and hidden corners of this beautiful island. Additionally, the local gastronomic scene offers plenty of freshly prepared seafood and authentic Dalmatian specialties to satisfy all senses.
